With so many voices speaking about the ills of American Healthcare, ImageThink is proud to help visualize the Kansas PCMH initiative. The Kansas PCMHI summit is “designed to improve health outcomes in Kansas by engaging health care providers and health care consumers in a higher level of health care dialogue.” Patient Centered Medical Home Initiative puts the patient in the center of care, and the patient’s general practioner as the one-stop point person guiding each patient’s holistic health.
